System Update:
There is a known issue that the portal will like most websites time-out after an period of time. Due to this issue if you have large number of officers to enter break it up into segments. This will prevent any time out issue or loosing of your work.
We recommend using internet Explorer Version 7 or better versus Firefox or Chrome. There is a known issue with Firefox where the system does not remove the "hours" box when selecting variable hours.
Annual Employment Audit
Each year agencies are required by policy to reconcile with POST those who are certified with that agency. To assist in this audit process POST has the "POST Acadis Portal" allowing those authorized to view agency rosters and identify any discrepancies. This replaces the method of POST providing the agency with a PDF roster for comparison.
Reporting of Annual Training Hours
Each year agencies are required by statute to report to POST a summary of training hours for each officer that was employed in the previous fiscal year. POST has created an online process to report these hours electronically through the "POST Acadis Portal" This replaces the method of submitting hours via an excel sheet.
Access To POST Acadis Portal
Individual Access
Access to the POST Acadis Portal is granted to any person who has training records with POST. To gain access to the system the user can send an email to support@utahpost.org. Features Available:

Agency Access
Access to the Agency information in the POST Acadis Portal is granted to only authorized agency representatives. To gain access the agency will need to submit an authorization signed by the Chief Administrative Officer. Once that form is completed an email will be sent to the user with login details.
